Scope of application
本產品適用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下動力，日用電器、儀器、儀表及控制用銅芯聚氯乙烯絕緣電線（電纜。）
This product is fit for power supply with rated AC voltage up to 450/750V, or serves as copper core PVC insulated electric wires for daily electrical appliances, instruments and meters and control equipment.
使用特性
Service characteristics
電纜的長期允許工作溫度：BV-90、RV-90應不超過90℃，其它型號不超過70℃固定敷設用電纜（電線）的敷設溫度不低于0℃。
允許彎曲半徑：電纜外徑（D）小于25mm者應不小于4D，電纜外徑（D）25mm及以上者應不小于6D。
Long tem service temperature: BV-90 and RV-90 not exceeding 90℃, other models not over 70℃; permanently laid cables not lower than 0℃.
Bending radius allowed: for cables with outer diameters (D) lower than 25mm: not less than 4D; if the outer diameter is 25mm or more, the bending radius shall not be less than 6D.

技術要求及參數
Technical requirements and parameters
1）導體均按GB/T3956-1997《電纜的導體》標準規定要求。
2）絕緣用聚氯乙烯材料要求，耐溫90℃電線電纜應采用PVC/E型聚氯乙烯混合物材料，其余耐溫70℃的均用PVC/C型聚氯乙烯混合物材料擠包絕緣層。
3）內護層采用非硫化型橡皮或塑料混合物擠包；護套層采用PVC/ST4型聚乙烯混合物材料擠包。
4）產品性能要求及試驗方法，按本標準（GB5023.1、2、3）規定，進行檢測，全部通過則為合格品。
